Founded in 2006, the Inland Empire Taxpayers Association (IETA) is one of the largest and most recognized advocacy organizations and political action committees operating in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.  
 
Organized as a State General Purpose Recipient Committee under the California Political Reform Act, IETA contributes and performs independent expenditures in support/opposition to candidates and ballot measures in multiple jurisdictions throughout Southern California, with an emphasis on issues and races within Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

• IETA falls under Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code.

• IETA is not subject to state or local campaign contribution limits.

• IETA may accept contributions in any amount from individuals, businesses (including corporations), associations and other political committees.

• Donations to IETA are not deductible as charitable contributions on federal or state income tax returns.
